When you submit a form on this website (contact, session request, checklist, or tools), we collect the information you type into that form — typically your name, email address, company name, and a description of what you need.
We do not run analytics. We do not use cookies or tracking pixels. We do not collect information through any passive means.
Form submissions are sent by email directly to Will Golden at wgolden@goldenconsultingpartners.com via our Netlify form handler. We use the information solely to respond to your inquiry and, if an engagement begins, to scope and deliver the work you've requested.
We do not sell, share, or license your information to any third party. We do not use it for marketing beyond responding to your specific request.
This site is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions pass through a Netlify serverless function and are relayed via Zoho SMTP. Netlify's privacy policy applies to transit and infrastructure; no submission data is stored by Netlify beyond what their platform logs for function execution.
This site includes an AI-powered chat widget built with Anthropic's Claude API. When you interact with it, your messages are sent to the Anthropic API to generate a response. Chat transcripts are also forwarded by email to Will Golden for follow-up purposes — the same way a contact form submission is handled.
Chat conversations are not stored in a database on this site. We do not use chat history for advertising or profiling. If you'd prefer not to chat, every page has a contact form and a direct email address.
Inquiry emails are retained in Will's inbox for as long as the thread is relevant to a potential or active engagement. If you'd like your information removed, email wgolden@goldenconsultingpartners.com and we will delete it promptly.
