Pure Mission Pools: An AI-Powered Website Rebuild for a Phoenix-Metro Pool Service Company
Pure Mission Pools is a real, paying client — a weekly-route pool service company serving the Phoenix East Valley. We rebuilt their brochure site into a conversion-first web app: instant AI estimates, an on-site pool assistant, a printable-QR review funnel, and a local-SEO footprint built for the way homeowners actually search.
A route business stuck behind a brochure
Local service businesses live or die by the phone ringing, but Pure Mission Pools was running on a static site that couldn't capture a lead outside business hours, couldn't answer a basic water-chemistry question, and treated its entire East Valley service area as one paragraph at the bottom of the homepage.
Two different buyers hit a pool company's site: someone comparing weekly maintenance plans, and someone standing over a green pool who needs a call today. The old site treated both the same — no urgency path, no pricing transparency, and no way to turn a finished job into a Google review without hoping the customer remembered to leave one.
AI in the core, SEO on the surface
A production Next.js site with three AI tools built in, not bolted on, plus a local-SEO footprint sized to actually cover the service area.
Instant AI Estimate
A homeowner enters basic pool details and gets a real weekly-service estimate in seconds, with the lead routed straight to the owner's inbox — no waiting on a callback for a number that's published publicly anyway.
Pool Assistant
An on-site AI assistant answers water-chemistry and pool-care questions in plain language, giving visitors a reason to engage with the site before they ever fill out a form.
Review-Generation Funnel
A dedicated review page with a printable QR code technicians leave on the gate after a job, routing happy customers straight to the Google review link instead of relying on memory.
Public Weekly Pricing
Weekly service pricing is published openly on the site rather than hidden behind a "call for a quote" wall — removing the biggest point of friction for a comparison-shopping homeowner.
Local-SEO Footprint
A city-by-service local landing-page footprint of 42 city-by-service pages across the East Valley, cross-linked and sitemap-indexed, so the site shows up for a specific service in a specific city — not one generic service-area page.
Lead Forms to the Owner's Inbox
Every contact and quote form fires an email the moment it's submitted, so a green-pool search during a monsoon call spike still reaches the owner the same day.
Desktop and mobile, built mobile-first
Most of the traffic is a phone in a backyard, so the mobile experience was designed first, not adapted afterward.
Live, on its own domain
Built on Next.js and Tailwind, hosted on Railway on Pure Mission Pools' own domain — not a subdomain, not a template preview. Every screenshot above is the current production site.
Live and taking real leads
Every quote request and contact form on the site emails the owner the moment it's submitted — no dashboard to check, no missed leads. The review funnel routes happy customers straight to Google with a QR code techs leave at the gate. Performance numbers are tracked in Search Console and will be published here as they accumulate — real figures only, never estimates.
We build sites like this — starting at $650, from $149/month.
Pure Mission Pools isn't a one-off — it's how we build every small business site: custom, AI-ready where it earns its keep, and hosted, updated, and supported by us every month after launch.
